Insurance
Core Connection is an out-of-network provider, which means that we are not in network with any insurance companies. Clients are responsible for paying at the close of each session. An itemized superbill will be provided, which you can submit for out-of-network coverage to your insurance. While it is not guaranteed, many people are reimbursed up to 80% by their insurance companies.
Unfortunately, I am not using a sliding scale at this time.
Benefits of Working with an Out-of-Network Provider
Benefits of working with an out-of-network provider include:
Reduced wait time—traditional clinics often have waitlists, which delays care.
60-minute one-on-one sessions without distraction or interruptions.
Consistent, efficient treatment leading to faster, better outcomes.
Simplicity and transparency: no middleman, no surprise bills. Pay upfront or as-you-go.
Convenient in-home treatment, reducing travel time, childcare requirements, and parking hassles.
I’ve worked as a physical therapist in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Florida, New York, and many places in California which gave me a wonderful perspective on how the field of physical therapy operates all over the country. No matter where I was in the country, I saw that low reimbursement rates from insurance companies meant that double-booking and overlapping appointments was common, causing physical therapists to have to juggle 2-3 clients at a time. Clients’ time was not respected as it should be. Not only was attention divided, but patients were often passed from PT to PT assistant each session, which contributed to inconsistency in tracking progress over time. Despite the efforts of providers, in traditional clinics where insurance is accepted, care is often not the quality that it can be.
With out-of-network physical therapy, you will receive the highest quality treatment, will likely have better results, and will likely achieve results faster than in traditional physical therapy clinics.
